These terms govern your use of Leitner Learner ("the service"), a spaced-repetition learning application operated by Stackfully B.V. at leitnerlearner.app. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms.

The service

Leitner Learner is a digital learning service. The initial release is free with a limited AI allowance, as described on the Pricing page. There are no physical goods, shipping, or returns.

Educational use

The service helps you study vocabulary and other material using a digital Leitner box system. It is provided for personal learning. We do not guarantee any particular learning outcome, exam result, or fluency level.

Your content

You may create decks, cards, and other study material ("your content"). You retain ownership of your content. You grant us a limited licence to store, process, and display your content solely to operate the service for you. You must not upload content that infringes others' rights or violates applicable law.

Acceptable use

• Do not attempt to break account isolation, access other users' data, or abuse APIs.
• Do not use the service to distribute malware, spam, or illegal material.
• Do not interfere with the stability or security of the service.

Subscriptions

New paid subscriptions are unavailable during the initial free release. Existing Pro subscriptions, where applicable, remain managed through Paddle, our merchant of record. Cancellation and refunds for those subscriptions are described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

AI-generated content

Optional AI features can suggest translations, definitions, examples, or mnemonics. Generated text may be incomplete or incorrect. You are responsible for reviewing content before you study it. We do not guarantee the accuracy of generated language material.

Account suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or pose a security risk. You may delete your account by contacting us. Some records may be retained where required for security, billing reconciliation, or law.

Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
